Strip sanitary napkin made in China
This article is applicable to the strip sanitary napkin production enterprises which are composed of surface layer, inner absorption layer, anti-seepage bottom film, etc. and are formed by special machinery for women's menstrual period.
Basic requirements for enterprises
1、 Design and development
1. 3D modeling software and 3D rendering software are used to analyze the performance index requirements of sanitary napkin, such as length, width, wing Protection R degree, three-dimensional protection and softness.
2. The toxicological test verification of vaginal mucosa irritation test and skin allergy test shall be carried out at the product design finalization stage.
3. During product design, the permeability shall be tested and verified, and the penetration amount shall not be less than 4.8 G.
2、 Raw materials
1. Waste recycled raw materials shall not be used to produce sanitary napkins. The safety and health indicators of release paper, non-woven fabric and bottom film shall comply with the provisions of 4.3 in GB 15979-2002.
2. Fluff pulp shall meet the requirements for superior products specified in gb/t 21331.
3. Highly absorbent resin shall comply with the provisions of gb/t 22875.
4. Release paper shall comply with gb/t 27731.
5. The water absorption lining paper shall comply with the provisions of qb/t 4508, in which the horizontal liquid absorption height shall not be less than 28 mm/100 s.
6. The dust-free paper shall comply with the provisions of gb/t 24292.
7. The non-woven fabric shall comply with the provisions of gb/t 30133, the pH shall be within the range of 5.5 ~ 8.0, and the linear density shall be within the range of 1.19 dtex ~ 1.8 dtex.
8. Hot melt adhesive shall comply with hg/t 3698.
9. The bottom film shall comply with the provisions of gb/t 27740 and gb/t 4744.
10. High molecular substances in raw materials shall comply with the provisions of gb/t 22905, and the residual acrylic monomer shall not exceed 500 mg/kg.
11. The packaging materials that directly contact the products shall not use waste recycled raw materials. The total content of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in paper packaging materials shall not exceed 100 mg/kg. The content of heavy metals (calculated by Pb) in plastic packaging materials shall not exceed 1.0 mg/l. The total amount of solvent residues shall not exceed 5.0 mg/m2. Benzene solvents shall not be detected.
