What drives the scissors in the mask machine?
Pneumatic scissors are mainly used for cutting and crimping various metal sheets, pipes and plastics. The pneumatic scissors are driven by compressed air, so there must be an air compressor before use. The compressed air provided by the air compressor with a pressure of 0.4-0.6Mpa can be used normally by connecting the pneumatic scissors to the trachea.
How to use the pneumatic scissors of the mask machine
1. Make sure that the air pressure (air compressor) is turned off before the conventional installation of the blade and the body
2. Confirm the air pressure specified by the body (the air pressure used by the body size is also different)
2. The use of the blade should be used as far as possible in the middle value of the working length of the blade
4. After use, the air pressure (air compressor) must be turned off for easy maintenance. The air compressor must be connected to a water filter device to prevent water vapor from causing the blade and the inside of the body to rust. Wipe the spring and piston with a dry cloth and apply butter to check whether the piston ring is aged. If there is a problem with the shearing ability, please first check whether the air pressure is within the specified range and whether the blade is damaged or deformed.
Precautions for the pneumatic scissors of the mask machine
1. Pay attention to the specified air pressure for the main body. The air pressure used for the main body is different in size. If it is too small, it will affect the ability of the blade. If it is too large, it will easily cause damage to the blade and rupture of the piston inside the main body.
2. The center screw of the blade and the main body are made of special materials and no substitutes can be used. The use of substitute screws will cause the main body screw to "ream" and cause damage to the blade, and the reaming of the main body will not be used again.
3. The blade shall not use items outside the regulations and beyond the specification of the ability value.
4. When replacing the blade, the air pressure should be turned off and "empty scissors" should be avoided.
